APG were engaged to provide project management services for refurbishment works at 157 Ann Street, Brisbane. The project seen the transformation of the ground floor lobby, lift finishes upgrades and renovation & expansion of the end of trip facility. In addition, many of the floors have received new finishes and base building amenities upgrades.

Our role included the management of the design, tender and construction delivery of the building upgrade, in addition to façade works and the replacement of ACP cladding panels to the ground floor, entry and carpark areas.

157 Ann Street is a 14-level office building conveniently located within the Rail Corridor Precinct of Brisbane’s CBD. The area offers an abundance of retail options as well as proximity to public transport.

The unique construction of the asset benefits from boutique sized floor plates (typical 436sqm) allowing for natural light to penetrate from every direction. The café on the ground floor also provides a meeting and collaboration zone for tenants and visitors to the building.
