APG have been engaged by Charter Hall to facilitate the management process of investigating the extent, and anticipated removal, of combustible cladding across a national portfolio of building assets. Under APG’s management, the 11-33 Exhibition St. project has undergone investigative works in determining current condition and extent of combustible cladding to inform client’s strategic direction of proceeding with its removal.
