Chisholm Plaza is a major new retail development located in the Maitland region of New South Wales, delivered on behalf of our client, Revelop. This greenfield project will bring a 15,000m² shopping centre to the area, featuring over 50 specialty retailers and anchored by leading national tenants Woolworths, ALDI, and Dan Murphy’s.

In addition to these major anchors, the development will deliver essential services for the growing local community, including a swim school, gym, medical centre, and childcare facility. A curated mix of cafés, restaurants, and everyday retail will further enhance the precinct’s appeal as a vibrant community destination.APG initially supported Revelop through project management services during the tender design phase and value engineering process. Following contract execution, APG transitioned into the role of Superintendent, working closely with all stakeholders including construction partner Richard Crookes Constructions.

A key milestone was marked in March 2025 with a sod-turning ceremony attended by local council, state government representatives, and members of the enthusiastic community. Chisholm Plaza is on track for completion in late 2026.
