APG has been appointed to project manage the development of a new Campus Master Plan for St Edmund’s College in Canberra, along with the delivery of its first stage. This initial phase will include the significant refurbishment and expansion of key areas across the campus, including upgrades to the science wing, canteen, and art rooms, alongside the proposed construction of a new multi-purpose indoor co-curricular centre.

The master planning process will provide a clear, long-term roadmap for the College’s physical development over the next 15 years. APG is responsible for managing all key phases of the project, including:

• Development of the Master Plan Design Brief
• Coordination of a Master Plan Design Competition
• Finalisation of the Master Plan
• Authority approvals, tendering, construction delivery, and beyond

By taking a holistic and strategic approach, APG is supporting St Edmund’s College in shaping a future-ready campus that aligns with its educational vision.
