APG partnered with Sydney Catholic Schools to deliver the successful refurbishment of the heritage convent and administration block at St Francis Xavier Primary School in Arncliffe. Acting as project manager, APG oversaw the planning, design, and construction works to repurpose the existing convent into a modern administration facility. The new space now includes upgraded staff amenities, meeting rooms, offices, a staff room and kitchen, reception, family coordinator office, and dedicated space for counselling services.

Following this, the former administration block was refurbished to create four new Group Learning Areas (GLAs) with integrated wet areas for students. The learning spaces were completed on schedule and opened on the first day of Term 1, 2023.
