APG has been engaged by Illawarra Retirement Trust (IRT) as Project Managers for the redevelopment of their flagship site in Woonona. Having successfully led the project through the master planning phase, our current focus is on the submission of the State Significant Development Application.

The proposed redevelopment will deliver approximately 93 new homes, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom units designed to enhance seniors’ living. The project will provide greater lifestyle and wellbeing opportunities, supporting residents through every stage of ageing with high-quality facilities. Throughout construction, care services will continue to be delivered uninterrupted at the existing Flametree aged care building.
