APG was engaged by ISPT to deliver premium speculative suite fitouts spanning over 1,500m² across three levels of their flagship A-grade office building at 500 Bourke Street. As one of Melbourne’s premier commercial addresses, the project required suites that reflected the building’s high-end character and uncompromising quality. APG collaborated closely with Siren Design Group, LCI Engineers and ISPT to ensure the design intent was fully aligned with the building’s reputation. Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2025.
