CGPD has secured a strategic site in regional Victoria for the development of a neighbourhood shopping centre. To support the project's progression, APG has been engaged to provide expert guidance through the Development Application (DA) process and to lead the DA phase to secure the necessary approvals. Upon successful completion of this phase, APG will continue to oversee design development and the tender process, ensuring a smooth and coordinated transition into construction. The project remains on track for site commencement in early 2026.
