APG recently managed the refurbishment of a 100-year-old, 320-student school in Fitzroy North for Saints College. The College supports young people aged 12 to 25 through an inclusive, neuro-affirming, and non-discriminatory learning environment. It welcomes individuals of diverse genders, sexualities, languages, and cultural and religious backgrounds—including Indigenous cultures—and those facing barriers to participation. The project, delivered in partnership with William Barraclough Construction Group, involved the replacement of architectural elements such as flooring, joinery, and windows, along with upgrades to building services including lighting, air conditioning, and plumbing.
