APG’s Brisbane team is proud to be involved in the development of Midtown Centre. This iconic milestone project utilises exceptional design initiatives including the re-purposing of aging assets to create modern contemporary workplaces, promoting well-being in the office environment.

Midtown Centre will merge two dated office buildings at 155 Charlotte Street and 150 Mary Street into a single new commercial tower with a new public laneway.

The project, which incorporates the connection and refurbishment of the two buildings, is over 230% more environmentally friendly than demolition and new build according to Green Star. This approach not only reflects corporate responsibility through sustainable design, but also responds to market demands for large format, highly flexible contemporary workplaces.

The campus style podium floor plates are some of the largest in Brisbane, 2,400 – 2,500 sqm, which allow highly flexible and connected workplaces. The tower floors plates are designed to facilitate agile working and range between 1,750 – 1,950 sqm.
