The Eveleigh End of Trip Facility project transforms excess car spaces into state of the art tenant facilities with APG providing Project Management and Property Advisory services to deliver. Centuria’s Eveleigh St asset consists of 8 levels of office accommodation with ground floor retail. Increased competition encouraged Centuria to upscale their asset in order to increase tenant appeal.
APG’s initial services involved a concept feasibility analysis which identified the wants and needs of existing and potential tenants and pedestrian traffic opportunity. This allowed the landlord to pursue a repositioning of the building’s offering and proceed to lodge a development application.
The refurbishment works included deletion of abundant car parking, a new end of trip facility (EOTF), over 80 secure bike racks and upgrades to DDA Access and general facilities. APG are also engaged to deliver the project under a Design & Construct procurement methodology which will present significant value engineering to the project to deliver the reconfiguration works in line with Centuria’s budget.
The project was designed by AJC on a conservative budget but has delivered a high quality result. Sensitive consideration was also needed to ensure the building upheld and if possible bettered its Nabers rating to compliment the current elements of the building and keep the asset as a competitive offering. APG are engaged to manage the construction of the refurbishment in a live environment with minimal disruption to the occupants and pedestrians.
