The project included workplace accommodation for an additional 1000 people relocated from the Epping office and upgrades to the building’s facilities in accordance with the increased population of the site. The mortgage processing and customer services premises features agile workplace accommodation styles, new EOTF (End of Trip Facilities), a call centre and critical information storage.
Working in a live environment required detailed methodologies to ensure minimal disruption. This included the installation of temporary generators, gas submergent systems and the removal of redundant cabinets and technology and replacement with new. In addition, significant services upgrades were required.
