Oxford Village, Surry Hills

APG were engaged as project managers and tenancy coordinators for the upgrade works to the centre and tenancies, which included the rebranding of the asset, the opening of anchor tenant ALDI and a full refurbishment of the mall. Tenancy coordination services where provided for a number of fresh food and casual dining options as well as additional retail and services.

The construction phase of the project was conducted in a live environment with all tenancies remaining operational, as well as uninterrupted access for the Charles Sturt University Campus and the residents above.

APG continue to work with Fort Street Capital now managing the entire Fort Street Retail Portfolio across QLD, NSW, Victoria and SA.
