North Kellyville Square

The development of North Kellyville Square completed in July 2017, provides the rapidly growing residential community of north western Sydney with a retail precinct anchored by Woolworths, BWS and 22 specialty stores. The centre, which opened as a fully trading facility, quickly became a destination precinct due to the anchor tenants and focus on the speciality offerings and overall high-quality tenancy design.

APG partnered with RG Property on the project in the early phases of the development, conducting due diligence on the site prior to the purchase. The site was sold with DA approval from Fabcot in 2015.

A number of key issues were identified that required particular attention by the project team, specifically, the extent of the roadworks and the resolution with Sydney Water on the scope & servicing of the site. APG’s early involvement resulted in the successful coordination of the consultant team and liaison with relevant authorities to mitigate risk issues prior to agreement of the deal.

Architecture practice Scott Carver was commissioned to provide design services with the delivery completed by ADCO Constructions. In addition to property advisory, APG provided project management services for the development including tenancy coordination.
